Slightly Spicy Beef & Portobello Chili

I got distracted with… life… and stopped cooking. My husband started to take over dinners and it just became the norm. He’s always been a great cook so I never had a problem with it. I have been missing it lately though. This “Chili Competition” came up at work and I took the opportunity to join in. I’ll admit, I did not win. I didn’t even get second place. However, I had fun taking part and some colleagues really did enjoy my chili. Anyways, try it out. Let me know what you think. It may be a bit spicy. I would personally add more jalapeño but I’m addicted to spicy food. I do think I’ll start cooking dinners again though; maybe once or twice a week ;p
