Clairfields is bordered by Gordon St, Maltby Rd, and Preservation Park. This neighbourhood meets the needs of any family, new or old, to the city. Its warm Guelph energy meets modern class, creating a perfect neighbourhood in the South end.
The vibrant atmosphere also creates the perfect place to call home. It’s walking distance to so many grocery stores, gyms, necessities, restaurants, shops, and a movie theatre – All at one intersection! The neighbourhood is also home to many awesome local businesses, schools, and parks. It’s in the South West corner of the city so Hwy 6 and Hwy 401 are easily accessible – it’s the commuters choice!
On a personal note, I really enjoy hiking and biking through Preservation Park. It’s so picturesque and I’ve even seen deer on occasion.
